Following the full occupation of Phase 1, Phase 2 of the park is now available to lease.

Two new buildings are being marketed immediately, providing new warehouse accommodation from 7,100 sq m upwards. A further 82,000 sq m is available in units from 3,100 sq m upwards for pre-let or on a build-to-suit basis, for occupiers with specific needs, including large-scale space requirements.
