This 38-ha site can accommodate up to 150,000 sq m of logistics space in a range of sizes and configurations.

With the first phase now fully let, a range of new unit types and sizes is now offered, ranging from small warehouse units for immediate occupation through to large-scale, technically complex buildings for occupiers with specific operational needs, including first and third party logistics.

This masterplan shows our current proposals but there is flexibility to accommodate alternative layouts as required.
